It’s hard to believe, but I spent so long riddled with anxiety, stuck in toxic relationships, with bad habits that I just couldn’t seem to break. I knew I wanted a life that looked different, but I just didn’t know how to achieve it.
I spent so much money investing in coaches/healers, practiced yoga, and read every self-help book I could find. It definitely helped, but I still felt like I was stuck in a cycle, not truly living the life I wanted to live.
Then one day my friend recommended hypnosis and I thought “I’ve tried everything else, what have I got to lose?”
The first session shifted something in me that I had never experienced. I couldn’t explain it, but I felt different… and I started acting it too. I began to push through blocks that had kept me stuck, changed habits I thought I would have forever and I started showing up as the person I truly wanted to be.

Hypnotherapy is essentially relaxed awareness. It is a relationship between the hypnosis & the client (you & I) where communication takes place that creates a hypnotic state. You will simply sit and receive my voice speaking to your subconscious mind. There is nothing for you to “do”. Instead, you can think of it like a guided meditation.

Yes! Hypnosis isn’t mind control, you’re in control at all times, When in a hypnotic state you will be fully aware of what is happening and can never be made to do something that is against your will.

I don’t believe in quick fixes, but hypnosis is the closest thing to it! Typically most of my clients experience a shift in energy after 1 session.
